Golden Arrow JOAD Schedule

Joad will be held weekly on Tuesday and Saturday

​

Tuesday evening 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM

Saturday morning 9:30 AM - 10:30 AM

The 1st, 3rd and 4th week of each month, classes will be instructional

The 2nd Tuesday and the following Saturday of each month will be PIN sessions

​

Instructional classes will teach general archery etiquette and group lessons to all archers.  The coach will help individuals with questions on equipment and will teach proper form and technique for shooting.  Periodically, we will also integrate some fun activities, games and tournament archery concepts for our archers.

PIN sessions provide a fun and challenging opportunity for participants to measure progress.  Please see our JOAD page link on the front page for more information.  Archers will shoot in a "tournament" format and will score their arrows as they would in a tournament.  Archers have the opportunity to earn pins based on their scores.  Each archer can only earn one pin each session and must start at the first pin. (Archers coming from another JOAD class or program will earn the next pin as long as they can provide documentation).  Only one pin of each color can be earned.​

Please check the website frequently as our coaches continue to shoot competitively and there may be some sessions that will need to be cancelled.  We will do our best to announce these during class time previous weeks.  There will be a JOAD notes section on the front page of our website where you can see this information quickly.
